Investing in the Xi Leadership in China: Seven Ways in which the New Leadership of China Might Reform, and How the Rest of the World Can Help
University of Sydney
Here’s a link to a thoughtful paper by Dr Kerry Brown from the China Studies Centre at the University of Sydney.
It’s about the future when the fractitious, violent, self-serving Chinese Communist Party is replaced by what Little Red Blog likes to call the Third Republic, the post Sun Yat Sen, post Communist constitution, universal suffrage, the free and fair election of the nation’s government. At that moment China will take its place on the World stage, and it will be a China made in the vision of, and lead by, great people of the likes of of Liu Xiaobo, Xu Zhiyong and the women and men with brains and talent and communication skills to come.
The CCP does not communicate, it dictates.
We would be interested to know what you think of Dr Brown’s paper.
